Dr. Goss was born in Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, PA, graduating from Elmer L. Meyers High School in 1976 and Wyoming Seminary Post Graduate School in 1977. He attended North East Louisiana University 1977-1978, then relocating to Wilkes College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1982.

Dr. Goss was a quarterback at Elmer L. Meyers High School, and during this time suffered an injury which resulted in debilitating lower back pain. This prompted him to seek Chiropractic Care and Physical Therapy. The Chiropractor he saw did not do physiotherapy nor physical rehabilitation, therefore his parents had to transport him back and forth between the facilities for his required therapy. Years later he developed an interest in Sports Fitness and Healthcare, desiring to help people on a personal level. Initially he was interested in physical therapy, but through his own research would ultimately find his interest in the principles of Chiropractic and then decided to combine the two therapies under one roof, eliminating care at two facilities in today’s fast-paced world.

In June 1993, Dr. Goss graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, located in Davenport, IA, where he attained his degree of DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC. He opened his practice, GOSS CHIROPRACTIC CLINIC AND REHABILITATION CENTER in 1993.

Dr. Goss also completed and received certification in the WHIPLASH AND BRAIN INJURY TRAUMATOLOGY PROGRAM through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego, CA. This program is a specialized training program for all spine physicians, and is designed to provide up-to-the-minute, science-based background in all critical aspects of whiplash traumatology, from crash mechanics and kinematics to soft tissue injuries. And from diagnostics to management. This program was taught by the World’s Leading Expert, Doctor Arthur C. Croft, which included critical knowledge needed to excel in the demanding medicolegal environment of personal injury and produces the top experts in this field.

In addition, Dr. Goss also attended a post graduate continuing education in spinal and skeletal disorders, which included completing a 100 hour course of graduate X-ray study in the specialty field of spinal and skeletal disorders.

He is a member of the PENNSYLVANIA CHIROPRACTIC ASSOCIATION and the WYOMING VALLEY CHIROPRACTIC ALLIANCE.
